we’re building something extraordinary for the creative industries…
PARLEY - coming soon…
Parley is the rights platform for creative work. Registration, terms, licensing and reconciliation in one place - for musicians, writers, photographers, podcasters, filmmakers, performers, models, and everyone the old system never quite fit.
The systems that manage creative rights were built for a different century. Registration is scattered across hundreds of organisations. Terms live in PDFs nobody reads - least of all machines. Payment arrives as estimates built on samples. And when a new kind of use shows up - AI training was just the loudest example - there is nowhere to say yes, no, or "that'll cost you" Creators often struggle to answer the following questions with any level of confidence…
Where is my work, and who's using it?
Who can use it, on what terms?
Where should I be registered for royalties?
Was I paid what my terms say?
Parley answers all four. With receipts.
What Parley does
CONSENT. Your terms, per work and per use, served machine-readably (RSL, TDMRep) so a compliant system gets your answer before it acts - starting free, with your own website and socials and your AI position, in or out. Every response to your terms - human or AI crawler - is snapshotted and content-hashed: who read them, what they saw, when.
CREDIT. Everyone who made it, on the record. Register once: your work gets a content-derived fingerprint (ISCC, ISO 24138) and every identifier you already have, mapped to one record, and every contributor's consent is captured before a work can be licensed.
CONTROL. Allow it, block it, or ask-me-first, across 30+ kinds of use from streaming to AI training. A no that holds: machine-readable, logged. Saying no is a setting, not a battle. And ROPE shows where you should be registered against where you are, across 400+ organisations worldwide.
COMPENSATION. You set the price on every work and every use, and licensing you originate runs end to end - offer, deal, licence, delivery - with a downloadable compliance certificate on every completed licence. Reconciliation then checks the money: upload any statement and every line is verified against your terms - authorised, underpaid, or unauthorised. Detected use joins the same check. They sample. We reconcile.
